11th May 2003 Windsurfing: Brogborough Wind Direction: sw Wind Stength: 12-20 mph Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: 15 Sea Temperature: almost summer suit Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Arrived at brog a few ppl already out on 8.5 meter sails but wind seamed to be building but thought not gonna have an marginal day so rigged 8.5. Was a quick rig up and out on the water. Was nicely powered up most of the time wind seamed a little less gusty than usual. Done some nice gybes and was really impressed with some of my tacks today got round the front and to other side before dropping off the plane ! There was quite a few people out one water today some times it felt like I was going the wrong way up a one way street......Scary! (alittle more busy than ynylas As the day went on the wind got more and more holes in it so decided to call it a day about 3.00pm. |
